中国国检测试控股集团咸阳有限公司，于2019年11月由中国国检测试控股集团股份有限公司和咸阳非金属矿研究设计院有限公司共同投资3000万设立。主要从事非金属矿产品与制品质量检测、认证认可、计量标定、标准化制修订、试验设备仪器生产销售及相关技术服务、咨询、培训；企业安全评价检测检验及技术服务；企业环境评价检测检验及技术服务；实验室整体规划和建设；企业内部员工培训；会议服务；非金属矿物材料生产、销售，设备仪器的进出口业务等。现隶属于中国国检测试控股集团股份有限公司。
China Building Material Test & Certification Group Xianyang Co., Ltd. is a state-owned enterprise created by China Building Material Test and Certification Group Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "CTC") and Xianyang Non-metallic Mine Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd. with joint investment about RMB 30 million Yuan. CTC xianyang mainly serves quality inspection for non-metallic mineral products and products,certification and accreditation, metrological calibration, standardization and revision, production,sales,import and export of testing equipment,instruments and non-metallic mineral materials as well as related technical services, consulting and training services,conference services, property services,house leasing,safety evaluation ,environment evaluation,internal staff training for enterprises and overall planning and construction for the laboratory. It is affiliated with China Building Material Test and Certification Group Co., Ltd at present.
国家非金属矿制品质量监督检验中心是国家市场监督管理总局(国家质量技术监督检验检疫总局)及中国国家认证认可监督管理委员会授权的国家级质检中心，获得中国合格评定国家认可委员会（CNAS）认可，通过ISO/IEC17025认证，其检测结果国际互认，同时是国家科技部授权的科技成果检测鉴定机构。
中心授权承担汽车用制动器衬片(俗称刹车片)、离合器面片、工业机械用摩擦片、石油钻机刹车块等摩擦材料、石棉橡胶板和耐油石棉橡胶板等密封材料、汽车用离合器总成及汽车制动器总成台架、各种非金属矿产品及各种摩擦密封材料用原材料的监督检验工作，还开展了摩擦密封材料中石棉含量、非金属垫片、非金属复合板、密封填料等检验工作。
National Quality Supervision Test Center for Non-metallic Mineral Products is the national level quality examination center authorized by State Administration for market regulation(former:the Bureau of National Quality Technical Supervision Examination Quarantine) and Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China.National test center has been conformed with ISO/IEC17025 by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) whose examined results have got international mutual recognition. It is the organization for detection and identification of scientific and technological achievements authorized by Science and Technology Department.The center is authorized to undertake supervision and inspection work for friction&sealing material and various non-metallic products including break linings for automobile(brake pad),clutch facings,friction linings for industrial use,brake block for petroleum drills,asbestos rubber sheet,oil-resistance asbestos rubber sheet,clutch assembly for automobile and brake assembly dynamometer as well as asbestos content in friction material,non-metallic gaskets,non-metallic compound sheet, seal packings.
